There are many paths you can take on your fitness journey. Often times we know what the destination is, but just not too sure what the best route is, or where to begin. Below are programs that we have developed to meet the needs of every individual from first timers to elite athletes.

Team Training

A workout for all levels that is more metabolic in nature, but also provides functional, full-body strength training.

Semi Private

Semi-Private is our most efficient and effective program, it combines the individualization of personal training with a positive and supportive community environment. 

All Semi-Private clients will receive a Functional Movement Screen, health assessment, goal setting session and nutritional consultation prior to beginning the training process.

With each year of it's existence our Adult Performance Programs have become increasingly popular. Providing a more condensed version of our sports performance program, our adult programs are tailored specifically to the needs of the adult training client. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury rehabilitation or to simply get a great workout our coaches can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We focus daily on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. Simply put our program is designed to help you move better and become healthier than you ever have in your life.


Private Training

Private Training is designed for those who have current injuries that need one on one attention, clients who compete in individual sports and need specific training, and any individual looking for a personal coach to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
